The recent sale of Lenny Kravitz's one-time Miami home didn’t exactly go the seller’s way. Listed at $25 million in May, the waterfront mansion was bought recently for $16.5 million — a 34-percent discount.
Kravitz sold the home on Sunset Island II for $14.5 million in 2005, according to , after buying it for about $9 million in 2001. Since then, he's moved on to other projects, like designing his own line of furniture for CB2. The Mediterranean-style estate was last owned by hotel magnate Stephen Muss.

Inside, the roughly 12,000-square-foot home features six bedrooms, arched doors and windows, a library, home office, gym, and movie theater.
