Update 09/22/17: Back in January, Mandy Moore and her fiancé, musician Taylor Goldsmith, bought a stunning Pasadena home for $2.56 million. While the house has fantastic mid-century bones, they've have been making major renovations to truly personalize the space. Moore took to Instagram to give an update on the design process:
Her digital mood board shows their hopes for their dream home: a contemporary take on a pastel scheme, an upgrade to the fireplace, and basically starting from scratch in the kitchen. “It's essentially all of my HGTV fantasies come to life!” the caption read.

A year after selling her Mediterranean-style , "This Is Us" star Mandy Moore is taking up residence in this mid-century modern . The scenic, 3,551-square-foot home invites the outdoors in, and comes with plenty of opportunities for R&R off-set.
The $2.56 million dollar features three bedrooms, three baths and a home office. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, a spa-like bathroom, private access to the backyard and multiple patios to enjoy the scenic mountain views.
Designed by architect Harold Zook and built in 1950, the 3,551-square foot house features large windows throughout and a lovely garden.
The living room and dining room are separated by a fireplace with an striking copper hood.
The large kitchen has two islands, a breakfast nook and serene views of the garden.
