The king and queen of hip hop have reportedly found their newest palace, and it's just down the block from their old Los Angeles rental.
According to , Beyoncé and Jay Z are ready to move into a $45 million mansion fit for royalty. The couple reportedly signed a one-year lease for the 20,000 square foot home in their preferred neighborhood, the uber elite Holmby Hills, and they will likely be paying around $150,000 a month for the palatial estate.
While we're still not sure why a couple who made a this year, and are reportedly , are so intent on renting instead of buying one of LA's many mansions, the home in question does have plenty to offer.
The mansion, which previously belonged to the owner of the LA Dodgers, Frank McCourt, is decked out with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, an Olympic-size indoor pool with spa and massage room, a gourmet kitchen, and even a dance studio. (Can you even imagine the mother-daughter dance parties Beyoncé and Blue Ivy are sure to have?).
Outside, another pool, with its own waterfall, sits beside beautiful formal gardens.
The home also enjoyed a brief moment in the Hollywood spotlight when it in the cult-classic film, "The Big Lebowski." Hopefully the couple will pay homage to the film by bringing in a few rugs to really tie their rooms together.
