New York City's sprawling Junoon restaurant is a standout among the city's eclectic array of Indian eateries. Chef Vikas Khanna's delectable menu features traditional Indian dishes with an inventive twist, such as star anise sea scallops and sturgeon moily. Designer Tarik Currimbhoy, who drew his inspiration from old-world Indian artistry, filled the space with marble, carved teak accents, antique swings, and a reflecting pool.
