Vienna has been named the world's most livable city for the ninth year in a row. In Mercer's 20th annual , the Austrian capital dominated, followed by Zurich, Auckland and Munich in joint third place, and Vancouver in fifth. The survey evaluates 39 factors including crime, healthcare, schools and education, housing, and public services and transportation. Scroll down to see the rest of the top 10.
