Robert De Niro's Hotel Chain Is About To Open An Adults-Only Location in Spain

Robert De Niro is an Academy Award-winning actor and a respected producer, but did you know that he also dabbles in hospitality? Since 2009, De Niro has been a co-owner of the luxurious Nobu Hotels group, sharing ownership with the chef Nobu Matsuhisa, of the eponymous Nobu restaurants.

In the years since De Niro came on board, the hotel chain has expanded rapidly around the world, with . They already have properties in Miami, Manila, Las Vegas, Malibu, London, Ibiza, and Palo Alto. Next on the list? A glamorous adults-only beach retreat in Marbella, a renowned resort town in Spain's Costa del Sol.

Like , located on the famous Balearic party island, the Marbella will be dedicated to vivid contemporary design and exquisite gastronomy, but will also incorporate a number of touches that highlight the no-kids-allowed environment. Trevor Horwell, CEO of Nobu Hotels, explains, "the Nobu adults-only experience has been crafted with the highest standard of luxury, service and fun and positioned to be the ultimate adult playground for grown-ups."

Amenities will include "a roving mixology cart" offering in-room cocktails, as well as an exclusive Nobu beach, a secluded swimming pool with bar, and sunset DJ sessions.
